Rare 1875 R. KAY Glass Torpedo Bottle / Flat Bottom Hamilton Bottle

Flat bottom torpedo with "R. Kay Mineral Water Works - Tudno - Llandudno"

Made by the Cannington Shaw Bottle Making Company between 1875 and the late 1880's when production of this type of bottle was stopped. Known as a Hamilton bottle

Very good condition and a lovely looking bottle  

Has very nice deep embossed writing with Llandudno around the bottom, has the hand applied "blob type" top typical of the bottles of that period.

A rare item to come across and only made for a very short amount of time
